Bookings

• Appointments are required.
• Bookings can be made via DM or online booking system.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
• Address details for our home studio are provided upon confirmation for privacy reasons.

Deposits / Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Deposits go toward your treatment total.
• If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit can be transferred.

• Preferred payment method: Cash.
• Bank transfer may be available upon request.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy / Late Arrivals

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit deposit.
• No-shows will require full payment before rebooking.

This ensures fairness to other clients waiting for appointments.

• Please arrive on time.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
• Full payment still applies.

Health & Safety

For your safety:

• Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable if contraindications are present.
• Patch testing is recommended for lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting.

Lash Extension Policy / Results & Expectations

• We do not perform infills over other technicians’ work. A removal + full set will be required.
• Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain retention.
• We are not responsible for retention issues due to incorrect aftercare.

• Results vary between individuals.
• We aim for realistic, natural enhancements.
• No refunds on completed services.

Children & Guests / Respect Policy

• To maintain a relaxing environment, no additional guests unless pre-approved.
• Due to insurance and safety, children are not permitted unless being treated.

We maintain a professional, respectful environment.
Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of service.
